• Leverage industry events to fortify relationships and heighten your market presence.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to craft personalised solutions tailored to each client's unique demands.
• Respond to real-time customer queries and challenges through various communication channels.
• Utilise data analytics to craft insightful customer profiles and inform account management strategies.

✨Who You Are

• A veteran in B2B account management or with a strong affinity for it.
• In-the-know about online casino products, particularly slots.
• An eloquent communicator equipped with extraordinary interpersonal skills.
• A strategic organiser who values meticulous planning and prioritising
• Self-motivated and capable of steering your own ship.
• An adept problem-solver and shrewd negotiator.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.
